anw, NUS-Mitsubishi car challenge on Sat 13.9.08 was really fun n memorable.
Firstly, I was with a team of people whom im not exactly close to ALL. yep. but working with them is a very nice experience.=))
Secondly, we went to various places which i would have never gone to, lyk Orchidville, Henderson waves, Snow City etc.
Thirdly, I took the Xtreme swing at Clark Quay w my teammates. (photos to be up as soon as i get them)
Lastly, I drove! haha for the first time ever since i passed.=)))

am home resting now. supp to go for family chalet, but ive decided to forgo it cz its far away n ive got wrk in the morn tmr.. dont know if its the right decision. sometimes i really hate myself for giving time to the wrong tings. =((

New York - Times Square

Day 3 arrived at New York.

Firstly, the taxi trip to our hotel isnt exactly pleasant. why?!
The taxi driver spoilt my luggage! !@!@#@!!@

We went to Times Square. Colourful Lightings, Billboards all ard.
But Ive got a bad experience with some idiotic Body Shop sales girl. !#@$@$#@$#@#

All in all, I lyk the place, but def not the people there. YUCK.

Memories of US is fading away slowly, but but but, this doesnt mean tt i will forget the happy times there. =) It will always occupy a special place in my heart. How many times do u get to go to the US? not many =)) It will be the first and only time i will be there as a student, with so many frens.

Even if I were to return there many years later, the feeling which I will have will be a totally different one. yep. I shall blog more abt my US trip soon, cz i wan to relive it and be kept. =))

What the Diva EATs :P

To all the dear fans out there, THIS is A MUST read post if u wanna know more abt the HOT diva SEOKIRA!!! so please pay FULL attention to it, and u can buy the food for her when you meet her for the autograph session! :D

firstly, our diva seldom eats heaty stuff, because she's too HOT so there's no need for her to consume food which provides more heat.. so she cannot take fried stuffs.. SHE EATS only STEAMEd BAOS.. :P

there was this period where she had the craving for youtiao so that she can eat it with soyabean drink. however, the heaty-ness of the youtiao cannot be neutralised by the soyabean drink.. so she developed ulcers and sore throat.. thus, she stopped eating youtiao le..

She likes to eat baos in general, only those which are steamed..those shanghai jian bao, she eats once in a while, because it's too HEATY.. so yup..

so let's talk about the different baos she eats.. she normally eats rou bao, esp the gou bu li bao zi from tian jing.. becos the pi is not too thick and the meat is not too fatty.. she has been eating it since young and it's her ALL TIME FAVORITE.. :P:P

apart from her all time favourite, she also eats different types of bao... for example, crystal bao! it's a bit oily but it's steamed so it's okie.. hehe.. and crystal bao is quite outstanding becos of its appearance.. why? it will sparkle and its content can be seen through due to its transparent skin.. so it has caught our DIVA's eye! :P

next.. she likes to eat xiaolong baos too.. and u will see her putting alot of ginger on the xiaolong baos! and she will say YUM YUM! hehehe..

recently, she also tried other baos with different type of fillings!! In a LA, she saw this bao which is green, she thought that it was kaya bao (becos she misses the different kinda food in singapore so she bought it).. however, after taking a bite she realised tt it's pandan lian rong bao.. it was quite nice, the other 2 baos on the display also caught her eye.. esp the one with little green colonies on it and the other one with a mini spongebob chop on it.. the one with green colonies is kaya bao and the other one is custard bao! hehe.. it's the first time she tried these 2 baos and she LOVE THEM.. hehe.. cos they got her an eeyore.. she likes to eat cai bao also.. hehe.. at times she's missing her lao gong bing and dou sa bing(tsp)..

BUT at the end of the day SHE STILL LIKES TO EAT ROU BAO the most!! so dear fans, please buy more rou bao for her okie! :P

Day 1 at LA

Hello everybody, its lyk 1plus am here on 16th June 2008.

Firstly, thank you to all those who came down to send me off. im grateful cz its a super weird timing in the morning. Thank you for the effort. =)

Also, many thanks to the eyore soft toy that i got fr courtesy of Lyon, Duane, Patrick and Guang Yi. Im gona hug it tonight to sleep!! hahahh.



Alright, first 6 hours of flight from Singapore to Tokyo was quite ok, but was v drowsy cz of the medicine which i had. But all's fine when we arrived at Narita (duno how to spell) when the cute Hello Kitty caught my eye!! yep, n the flight fr Tokyo to Los Angeles was delayed, therefore we had more time to shop and walk ard. HAHA.

Then, the next 10 hours from Tokyo to LA was gruesome. ahhaa. really bad, sit until i hands and legs all ache!!!n my face, lips were so dry and started to crack a little!! gooddness. Im gona buy some face moisturiser tmr!

Yeppie. Then was arrival at LAX (Los Angeles Int'l airport), had starbucks and an apple garlett (yummy). We were trying to figure out how to get to the hotel we booked cz we know that they had free shuttle services. So, we walked ard n tried to look for it and a nice security guard of the airport i suppose guided us to the pick up point.

Then it was to our hotel at Holiday Inn LAX. Checked in and washed up a little before making our wae to Santa Monica (supposedly). Alright. We walked all the wae out from our hotel to the nearest bus stop, about 10-15 min walk.. we asked ard lyk whether it was the correct bus stop and stufs. Its 75cents USD for a 45min trip (quite cheap). BUT, at some place near the new MACY's, the female bus driver jus left the bus there!!! oh god. she abandoned our bus. there came another guy, did something n left us again.

Thnking that the bus will not have any driver in any time soon, we alighted and decided to walk and shop at MACY's. Then, a few min later while waitin for the traffic light, the female bus driver came.!! hahaa. i tink its hilarious cz its the FIRST TIME i see a driver abandoning his/her bus! goodddness!!

Anyway, shopping at third street promenade or sth lyk that was kinda fun. They had old navy's banana republic, quiksilver, ripcurl, abercrombie and fitch, GAP, zara, Victoria's secret and stuffs. BLAH BLAH BLAH. so much of it.

I tell u all sth! i bought a set of bikini!! woohooos. dinner at wolf gang puck and go or sth lidat was alright. it was foccacia with lotsa veggie inside w a few pieces of chicken. hhahah. Back to the hotel and stuff at abt 10 plus pm was really super ultra tired!!
